Question Should you count carbs from fibrous veggies?

I'm carb cycling right now and am VERY anal about counting all macros. Some people count the carbs from fibrous veggies into their daily macros total and some people don't (example, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, mushrooms: veggies with a GI less than 15) Should I count the carbs in complex fibrous veggies into my daily allowance? FYI I'm carb sensitive. I love steamed broccoli, if I didn't have to count it's macros I"d eat 2-3lbs a day!

Sorry, complex fibrous carbs, via veggies. Damn, looks like there isn't some loophole that I was hoping for that would allow for endless broccoli (wow, can you tell that today way my low carb day )

    Bulking or cutting?

That's the important questions. Bulking no, cutting yes.

Stick with "crunchy" greens and you should be good to go. Althought you can use mushrooms and spinach if you choose broccoli or savoy cabbage, and other veggies that require a hard chewing than you stimulate yor pituitary more and are better off for balancing blood sugar while dieting.
