Carb Sensitive...? On cycle
Not sure If im really carb sensitive but when I eat 1/2 cup of brown rice im much leaner and less bloated looking whereas I eat 1 cup per meal im more bloated.
But I dont want to drop the carbs and miss out on muscle.
I dont think its any bloat honestly.
Monday before I got my tests results I switched to 1/2 cup for 2 days and man What a difference in look and feel.

I dont care if I bloat on cycle.
My wife dosent care for it though

Right now its not that because the effects and bloat have yet to kick in even though im in mid week 5.
This is diet related.

Will be modifying my diet and removing some red meat due to the fat %'s
Right now modified with mostly 1/2 cup brown rice and only 1 meal 1 cup brown rice.
3509 Calories
35.5% 311.2g protein
32.4% 284.1g carbs
31.1% 121.1g fats
May just add some albacore tuna and turkey breast in place of 2 out of 3 beef meals.

I've read this somewhere but can't remember where.
For every gram of carbs you eat your body will store and "x" amount of water, that's why you feel less bloated when you eat less carbs, your body is holding less water.
I'd suggest you cut your carbs a little and if you feeling better with less carbs than sit to that.

Thanks for the information, Im aware of this.
Im actually bloated more than normal at this rate than before, also on aas this time and the Major bloat has yet to kick in
Not sure if there is some other interaction or effect since im using AAS.
But Just don't want to short change myself on cycle.
I will drop carbs a bit and watch daily activity and weight as usual
