Junk food and cardio
Its not a cheat day and i have some cake and ice cream at 7pm after dinner.
I have already done weights and cardio earlier in the day.
If i go for a 30-40 min run would i cancel out the cake and ice cream? Maybe even burn fat?

If you already have a cheat day then i would just hold off.......you can have cake and ice cream soon enough LOL......
id think depending on the sizes of cake and ice cream youd be able to burn the cals off....BUT if you dont have the cake etc and do the extra cardio..youl be astep closer to your goal mate.....i know myself its hard at times but think of the 6 pac next summer LOL..
