Planning a Cycle....Test E and H-Drol
Ok well I have my diet in check.....I have a question about the amount of calories......I am 5'8 162.....17% bf
I am wanting to continue to shed the fat and gain muscle.....I can put the macros up of my diet...but kinda busy right now....but wanted to get this question out there.
I am eating 2000 calories a day...I am going for a cutting/bulk
ok talk to me guys

at 17% bf, I'd recommend cutting....

I will go ahead and say it before someone else does. At 5'8 and with 134lbs of muscle on your frame a cycle of AAS should be the furthest thing from your mind. Also, at 17% you are fat, the word "bulk" should also be removed from your mouth for the time being. What you need is YEARS of heavy lifting and correct dieting. There are no shortcuts, you gotta pay your dues.
