    Caffeine amount in brewed coffe powder?

    I´m trying to consume about 500 mg of caffeine per day using brewed coffe powder, my question is how many grams of pure brewed coffe powder to I need to use to get 500mg of pure caffeine?

    that's a pretty decent amount of caffeine a day, dude.

    why do you want to take in 500mg of caffeine a day?
