ok here we go, by the best whey protein is 100% whey by optimum nutrition, its good pure whey isolates with 5 grams of BCAA and 4 grams of glutamine. whey isolates are the best because it fast absorbed. and as far as mixing your protein goes, well plain water is always the best option, but mixing it with skim milk or soy milk would be ok before workouts as skim milk would give you quality carbs for your workout or if you go for soy milk, soy boosts you nitric oxide balance and also gives you carbs as its milk again, and apart from the that all the other times, its best with water... hope that helped

    cheers
    jads...

Simple sugar put in where? be a bit more precise mate. all i said was skimmed milk gives you quality carbs, and ofcourse since lactose is slow digesting its best pre work. thats all i said... i did not talk about any other simple sugar...

ALL american dairy farmers add simple sugar to milk for taste.. unless your drinking sugarless milk.... that's a whole diff story.. i dont even know where to find sugarless milk..

    and skim milk isn't sugarless...

dont get me wrong, i love milk.. i love to drink it, but i dont drink it while cutting...
