a lot of fruit while cutting?
I'm cutting very strictly at the moment.
I went out to family friends for lunch today, I ate very clean. Lean turky slices, asparagus, Small baked potato. But I ended up having a bowl of sliced fruit for dessert.
I didn't want to cheat this weekend because I need to be at around 8% bodyfat for next weekend. I sitting on around 10% at the moment.
would a big bowl of friut be considered a cheatmeal? because of all the sugar?

It would be considered a poor choice in my book and definately not something you want to do if you are trying to go from 10 to 8% bf. Shake it off and get back on track, nothing you cant recover from.

Low GI fruit is good at replenishing liver glycogen...that being said if you are cutting using a carb cycling type of diet I don't see anything wrong w/ having a small (low GI) piece of fruit w/ your preworkout and pwo meal. I have followed this with a cut before and had great success.
