    Question Looking for some advice here

    hey everyone.. new here

    im 23, 5'9 and 135lbs
    i have a fast metabolism and seems i can get weight for anything
    i am currently eating bout double and making a protein and whey weightgainer shake every night , and seen a little improvement
    also have been getting a good work out for past 2 months i have seen little improvement but not much is there anything else that can help me out? will getting on the juice help me at all? or is this just a diet problem i need to adjust better?

    Sounds as if you already know the answer to this. Of course getting on steroids wont help! You need to fix your diet.

    Post up everything that you eat,including macronutrients. Your problem lies in the diet...TOP

    thanx guys...
    starting off
    7am juice and coffe roll or sumthing simalir
    8am 2 bags of oatmeal, fried egg and hasbrown
    1130 usally what they have at lunch at work or chicken sandwich
    230 grab some cookies
    around 5pm rice beans, pork or chicken
    around 8pm shake with ice cream,milk, whey weight gainer
    around 9m usually have a snack b4 bed
    right before i go to sleep make a quick protein drink

    and also i do smoke is this affecting my metabolism?

    actually smoking slows your metabolism, which is good but it will also kill you, no good!!!

    Top will get you all taken care of with good diet, get ready to eat like a pig...man do i miss those days...

    Cool Imho

    I work in health food and the number one problem we get is people coming in the shop with is either Breathing or weight problem not being able to put it on. The first thing we tell them is to stop drinking MILK 90% of the time that is the cause. The reason for this is up to 70% of our population can not digest it correctly.

    First of all your diet is horrible.

    Second smoking is not good for any reason at all, but obvouisly you already know that.

    Third i dont see how slowing the metabolism can be good for anyone, even if you cant put on weight.....

    cause once the metabolism slows down all you are really going put on is shit weight and fat, not quality weight and muscle mass which we are all going for and want to achieve...

    alright thanx guys ...jaydream ... and actually i dont drink milk.. dont like it never have... only mix it in with my shake ..... also i know diet is horrible. so any tips or advice on what to eat .. how much to eat . portions.. and so on ... thanx guys

    Did you watch the videos and learn anything. Once you have seen them you will be able to better write a diet,then allow us to critique it.

    And dont worry about the drama queen in the thread i have a feeling he is about to be banned.

    so what is some GOOD food i should pick up ?? i have been trying to eat alot of chicken latley ..seems like thats all ive been eating.. what would be some good snacks i can eat at work that will help out ... and also .. how do i figure how much calories i burn in a day and how much i need to take in.. thanks guys ... i would like to say that as of now my goal is to be 160 ... still on the skinny side but for me that is alot compared to 135.. trying my best to get there

    Chicken
    beef
    steak
    fish
    oatmeal
    brown ice
    fish oil
    natural peanut butter
    Veggies
    sweet potatoes

    These are some very common things we all use,almost everyday. TOP

    thanx top i appreciate all the input your giving me ... brown rice vs white rice? what is the difference? cuz we usually eat rice and beans everynight but .. with season in it ..(spanish way)and once again thanks top ... realy gonna dedicate my self to this ... how many meals should i eat throughout the day? and as for snacks?

You should be eating every 2-3 hours,so 5-7 meals a day
    Also you need to find your TDEE and BMR this will give you an estimational point to start your daily calories at. You cant just guess and lose weight! You need to track your cals for an optimal diet.

    Also sorry for all the drama back and forth,there is a story behind it,that im sure everyone else knows!!...

    3325= total daily calorie expenditure is what i calculated with a link i found while searching here .. so this would mean i need to take in more than that correct?

    If your tdee is in fact 3325 and you are wanting to gain yes you need more.

    cool .. well getting the info is the easy part so now onto the hard part... making it happen... i am gonna be on this site gathering info for good lift routines and more .. so ill keep posted on my gains and progress... thanks alot guys espically top .. realy appreciate bro
