Should I up my PWO protein macro?
Firstly, I want to apologize for slamming this forum with multiple questions lately. I am just excited and motivated to get my new training/diet routine off the ground next week, and want to make sure i'm informed as possible now, and go through as little trial and error as possible down the road.
At the moment, my daily protein macro goal is 250g. For my PWO meal, I have been taking a scoop of whey (24g protein) in 1 cup of skim milk (8g protein) for a total of 32g protein. The remaining 218g are pretty much spread evenly across the other 6 meals in my day.
32g to me seems a bit low for PWO - I was wondering if I should double the powder for 48g, maybe use water instead of milk (because I would then have to double the milk, effectively getting too much sugar) and then reduce protein macros evenly over the remaining 6 meals?
What do you think?

That looks fine to me, some would argue that you may need more. However it appears your getting you protein in throughout the day.
