    subway?

    6" Oven Roasted Chicken
    320 cals
49g carbs . . (plan on taking half the bread off so that should cut this in half)
    23g protein
4.5g fat (no mayo so this should be less also)

what do you guys think about putting this into my diet. kind of a cheater meal for lunch everyday while at work.

possibly get a foot long and eat them 3 hours from each other at work . . . with permission of course?

depends on what you look like and what you want to look like and how fast you want to get there. A lot of the calorie info they provide is bull in my opinion

im just saying that because if your expecting to get that same amount of protien out of that chicken as you would a real chicken breast then your macros will be off.

just looking at one of the chicken breasts they look like a sponge. i wouldnt doubt if theres flour, water, milk butter and all that other shit used to make them.

Actually if you ask for the sliced up chicken breast it is the real stuff. All the Subways around here carry the sponge patty, sliced breast, and deli-style chicken. If you look its in the little trays already sliced. It tastes a whole better than the sponge
