Sorted my Diet please critique it.

Hi guys
I've been reading through all the threads and they've been a massive help for me in getting my diet up together. I've now made some adjustments to my diet and I would really appreciate if someone could read through and critique it.
My aim is to gain as much lean muscle mass as possibe and try and reduce bf%
I will be doing a cycle that will consist of 4weeks of diananol/12weeks of test E.
Stats:
Age 24
Height 6 foot
Weight 190 lb
bf 17%
BMR 1899.3
TDEE 3276.3
Cals/Pro/Carbs/Fat
Meal 1, 7.30: 6 whole eggs (raw) and half scoop of whey (just for flavouring with eggs) and 1/2 cup of oats and 200ml skimmed milk and 1tsp of splenda
640/55/38/28
Meal 2, 10.15: 7oz chicken breast and 1oz of almonds
485/66/6/21
Meal 3, 1.15: 7oz chicken breast and 1/2 cup of oats and 200ml skimmed milk and 1tsp of splenda
670/70/58/11
Meal 4, 3.30: Whey Protein Shake
240/50/6/2
Meal 5, 5.15:Pre W/O 7oz salmon or chicken breast and 3/4 cup of oats and 1tsp of splenda and 200ml skimmed milk
600/52/50/10
Meal 6, 8.00: Post W/O Whey Protein Shake and vitargo
450/50/70/2
Meal 7, 10.00: 7oz lean beef steak
319/50/0/11
Total Cals 3404/ Pro 395/ Carbs 228/ Fat 85
Cardio will be 2-3 sessions weekly at 1 hour and 2sessions at 30mins low intensity
Weights sessions are intense and are 4 days a week

see bold---i would drop all milk and mix with water instead
protein intake imo is high
if u are gonna eat just above tdee and want to cut bf% u gotta really hit the cardio--ur goals are obtainable, but will b slow going---if i were u i would cut to 10-11% then do a lean bulk---atleast u would look a whole lot better while u are lean bulking

Thanks for your quick reply bro.
The body fat is not that big an issue really, the main objective is to just put on some real lean size.
Do you think my diet is ok for that goal.
Is my cardio ok to minimize fat gain? I'm not to sure on the best times. Am cardio is really difficult for me.

if u dont cut off the fat ur not going to b able to see the lean mass--u will just look like u do now but heavier
u need to make the changes either way---wether ur bulking or cutting ur food choices and combination of foods needs to be the same just more for bulking and less for cutting
the only thing u could prob leave the same is the milk---other than that make the changes and repost with new macros
