ok im 17 i weigh 11 stone im 5.6 and my stomach inch is 36 inch
i have some ok muscle now but i want to get rid of my flabby belly

my meal plan is

morning, oats and shake
mid morn, banana
dinner, tuna and pasta { new ideas please }
mid afternoon. another piece of fruit or ???
tea chicken breast with frozen veg
workout
shake


ok my shakes are whey isolate, low carb


my workout is


mondays chest tricep with 20 mins running
wednesday biceps 20 mins running
thursday cardio 20 mins
friday tricep. cardio
saturday biceps. cardio
sunday, back traps shoulders, legs , cardio


any diet advice would be really nice please. i just want to get rid of the fat for next summer with some ace muscle.
