food bulking
im 18, 11st 6lbs, male. i have had steroids , as a boost, too get my strength, now i think i need too lay off them and just eat. so if i eat these following foods, for eg.. !!, in meals or as snacks, (6 meals a day) train 5/6 days a week. would i gain a good size in due course an how long would it take too show a size and weight gain difference? ....
egg whites,turkey/chicken breast,steak,tuna,sardines,
kidney,lima,navy beans. red meat, yogurt, brown/white rice
pasta, white bread/wholemeal bread, cheese, milk, cottage cheese,
bagels, potatoes , wheat
peanut butter, corned beef, vegtables, fruit.

You're right. At 18, you should lay off the steroids and concentrate on eating the right foods and getting your training in order.
This is a good tutorial for diet. It will teach you everything you need to know.
So you wanna learn how to Diet?
