ok decided to put my post on this forum as i get sweet f/a help on the diet section.
just started my 4 week cutting cycle as im looking for those ripped abs.
i am not high b,f just not great visible abs.
goal-to burn as much fat as possible but retaining muscle.
am running clenabuterol at 120mcg e.d 2 days on 2 days off.
diet hight protein low cardbs and fats
meal 1: 4-5 eggs (with only 2 off the yoaks) slice brown toast
meal 2: chicken leg with chicken thigh and hand full nuts
meal 3: tin of tuna with banana and apple
meal 4: 18g whey protean
meal 5: varies from day to day, but generally a good protein meal
meal 6: 18g whey protein and apple
am training weights 3 days per week split muslce groups
and doing roughly 1 hour jogging and sprinting 3 morning a week.
will this programme and diet be good enought to burn b,f but retain muscle ?
also i am training abs 3 times a week 15 minutes a time
