    Low Cal drink mixers

    hey guys really quick what do you think of those 0 cal 0 sugar single drink mixers. I'm on a cutting diet right now and i have trouble drinking just water. These drink mixes come in all flavors i currently use wylers light, and Hawian punch occasionally with meals. is this ok? thanks

    Same thing I tell people with diet soda: anything in moderation is fine but still get a solid gallon of plain old H2O in.
