    weight control vs. real oats????

    opinions????
real oat meal? or weight control maple and brown sugar instant oatmeal (supposed to be 1 gram of sugar). do you think instant is ok when trying to eat clean? instant taste ten times better, thats what makes me suspicious of the claimed sugar content.

i hear you man i like the flavored oatmeal way more. but unneeded sugar has no place in a weight loss program...soooooo
what i and many others find helpful is to add your raw oats to a protien shake and just drink em down the become soft and you dont taste them hardly at all

If its only one gram of sugar it won't kill you. But pure oats are better and you can add splenda a cinnamon to them for taste, which is delicious imho

Stick with the real oats IMO. Splenda and cinnamon make the taste great IMO - one of the few foods I look forward to eating every day. Can't wait until it's bulking time, i'll be able to eat alot more of it!

I think if you eat oats raw they kinda taste like a peanut/almond butter(yum) ....but I am weird.
