1 can tuna and a slice of bread for 45.5g protein 16g carbs and 2.4g fat with 281 calories.

    Work out here usually.

Lean beef with veg for 46g protein and 18g fat with 360 calories.

Totals: 309.5g protein, 62g carbs and 36.4g fats with 1978 calories.

Because red meat takes longer to digest I wanted that as my last meal to carry me through the night, but Im concerned that its also the highest calorie meal for the day. I wanted the tuna+bread meal for before I work out so I have some carbs. Should I cut the third slice of bread, eat the beef before I work out and then just add some sugar to my post work out protein shake? Or is this whole meal plan way off the mark?
Do the bike ride before the first meal, it will make a big difference in fat loss.

You need more complex/other carbs, 62 is way low and you will be dragging.

It is an extremely low carb, cut weight type of diet. You will lose weight on it, muscle mass and fat. More muscle than you should, because your carbs are so ridiculously low. At 300lbs this is a starvation diet, you will lose a ton of weight and probably be incredibly weak on a regular basis. It is a "quick fix" type of plan.
