Hey bro - just my $.02 - you are a big friggn kid. Making an attempt to add 30-35 more lbs could be fatal. Fatal in the sense that it's going to take you a long time to get your bodyfat down and you will not do it without the loss of muscle.

I'll never recommend a bulking regimine until I see at LEAST 12% (I'd really like to see 10%).

But calling it out at 20%, is a shotty idea. Bag it, clean up your diet, hit some cardio and revist this bulking thing when you get your bodyfat down.

Take it for what it's worth.

Pearly barley, sweet/white potato, quinoa, lentils, buckweat, oats and fruit are carb sources I use.

Recently, I've been using fruit's as carb sources and I like the outcome, but still use the above.

After seeing your pics, I agree 100%. Dude you already have some size on you, and I can tell you'd look REALLY good if you were cut up... you can start a slow progressive cut, maintain your LBM and you'll look insane by the summer.

I'd also agree with around 19-20% bodyfat. Too high to bulk man, I PROMISE you'll be so much happier lean, AND you'll then be able to focus on adding lean mass vs. bulking where you have to get a good bit of fat on you. You'll look good all year round!

Tuna isn't a great source either unfortunately. Salmon is - how about canned salmon at least? I say at least because the majority of EFA's are in the skin, and I don't think they include the skin in canned salmon. But it's better then nothing, and better then tuna.

I wouldn't eat tuna or salmon more then 2x a day, just because of the whole mercury thing. There's too much debate about whether there's a true danger or not, but until it's proven one way or the other, I like to err on the side of caution and take the safe route.

dollar stores have cheap sardines... 20-30g protein in each tin. cheap little snacks to keep up your intake throughout the day, and since they're low on the food chain, the Hg% should be low.

The term 'clean bulk' is a complete misnomer.
In order to bulk, you have to consume excess calories. I dont care if these excess cals come from celery or twinkles. It takes excess calories and excess calories at your current situation is a terrible idea.

    Was that more clear?
