My Diet, will this work for Clen/T3....feedback needed.

Ok guys. I am trying to figure out how to integrate Clen and possibly T3 into my diet/workout. I am aiming to hit around 160lbs with 6% body fat and then add about 10-15 lbs of mass from there but for now I am trying to figure out if my diet is good and do I need to add cals or keep it the same with the addition of Clen and possibly T3. Here are my specs.

    Age 33
    Height 5'10"
    Weight 180(started at 231 on August 28th 2010)
    Muscle mass 150(hydrostatic tested)
    BF% 18%(trying to reach 6%)
BMR 1775, daily with movement 2575
Diet varies dependent on the day(workout, workout & cardio or off day)
    I am doing 45/35/15-Protein/Carbs/Fat

I have been dieting since August and cutting 800 cals from my daily diet plus the cals I burn at the gym. I only eat a about half of the burned off cals back.

Cardio 1hr 5-6 days a week, 3 of those days after cardio I do weight training for 1 hr.

    Meal 1
    1/2 cup egg whites
    1/3 Cup Strawberries
    1/4 Cup Blueberries
    4" of Banana
    1 Cup oats
    1 scoop Casein Protein
    1 scoop Whey Protein
    1 Cup Ice
    2 Cups Water
    BLENDER
    1 multivitamin

    Meal 2
    1oz-1.5oz whole wheat pasta
    4oz Chicken Breast
    1/4 cup green peppers
    1/4 cup tomatos
    4 black olives
1/5 cup fat free shredded cheese
    1 apple

    Meal 3
    4oz Chicken Breast
    1 cup Broccoli

    Meal 4
    4oz Chicken Breast
    12 Almonds

    Meal 5
    1/2 cup Fat free Milk
    1 Scoop Whey Protein
    1/3 cup Yams drained

    Workout

    Meal 6
    1 Tablespoon Natural PB
    1/2 cup Fat free Milk
    1/2 cup egg whites
    1/2 scoop whey protein
    1/2 scoop casein protein
    1 apple

This is for a workout day and that ends up being in macros.

I end up Eating about 2050 in cals that day total.

236 grams of protein, 200 grams of carbs, 34 grams of fat.

I think I would like to take a guess at a few things across the board. Your probably at a plateau? a serious one. I'm also guessing this is close to the diet you used (probably with more variations I realize) to drop your weight? Which, I must say awesome job!!

First off, we'll help with the diet (the guys here are great) but I would like to see your weekly workout regimen explained or identified. Myself and the guys here need to see into your plan and goals a little better than just where you want to end up.

Also, please hold off on those compounds for awhile. 6% is not a healthy percentage to be at, at all!!! if you were a pro it may be different, but 9-10 looks pretty darn nice, and at 33 and good muscle tone you'll look great!

And I'm having a terrible time believing your stats! I'm most definitely not accusing you of anything, it just appears someone has made some mistakes. Your Bf% to weight and BMR ratio just don't compute right. So if you can answer a few of the previous things here, we'll go from there. Thanks

Agreed with everything JNG is saying above. Do you mean EIGHT percent bodyfat? It is very difficult to picture 5'10 180lbs w/ 18% bodyfat. Can you post up some pics for evaluation?

We'll work out the diet once we know exactly what we're working with.
