Hi guys,

As above really... My bulk cycle finishes on Thursday and I know that I must continue to eat and train hard to keep most of the newly found muscle... Although, my problem is my pct finishes 9 days before I am off on a Sumer holiday and I'm carrying a little more than I would like of fat, I'm unsure of my bf% but I wud guess maybe 15%....

Now I know carbs are important etc but I think this is the killer for me as I always feel bloated and my belly pusher out when I eat them....

Any suggestions/tips ton how to eat etc wud b awesome....

I was just thinking about carry on eating up till half my PCT and then just bashing out something like the Atkins diet for a month b4 i go...

Thoughts???
