Eating through PCT help plz...
Hi guys,
As above really... My bulk cycle finishes on Thursday and I know that I must continue to eat and train hard to keep most of the newly found muscle... Although, my problem is my pct finishes 9 days before I am off on a Sumer holiday and I'm carrying a little more than I would like of fat, I'm unsure of my bf% but I wud guess maybe 15%....
Now I know carbs are important etc but I think this is the killer for me as I always feel bloated and my belly pusher out when I eat them....
Any suggestions/tips ton how to eat etc wud b awesome....
I was just thinking about carry on eating up till half my PCT and then just bashing out something like the Atkins diet for a month b4 i go...
Thoughts???

Your diet doesn't sound too good (since you are carrying more than you would like), post it up. Try to eat only things you can hunt, pick or grow.

DIET:
(all measurements are uncooked)
Meal 1:
80g oats, 1 scoop protein, 2 eggs
583.2 / 11.78 / 57.8 / 64.7
Meal 2:
210g sweet potato, 4oz chicken, 50g brocolli
312 / 3.7 / 38.9 / 28.4
Meal 3:
65g brown rice, 4oz chicken, 50g brocolli
230 / 2.4 / 28.1 / 26.4
Meal 4:
210g sweet potato, 4oz chicken, 50g brocolli
312 / 3.7 / 38.9 / 28.4
Meal 5:
65g brown rice, 4oz chicken, 50g brocolli
230 / 2.4 / 28.1 / 26.4
Meal 6:
2 eggs, 8 egg whites, 40g oats, spinach (raw or frozen)
439 / 9.4 / 40.1 / 49.8
Gym
Meal 7: (straight after work out)
40g oats, protein shake
352.7 / 3.98 / 30.4 / 52
Meal 8: (when get home, approx 30 mins after meal 7)
6oz lean ground beef
312 / 15.7 / 0 / 43
Before bed:
1 scoop casien protein shake and 2 table spoons organic peanut butter
Think some of the macros might b out but the food is the same

Can you give me stats and total macros? Diet choices are not bad and everything might be fine. Always some room for improvement but no need to nit pick it.

Not gonna lie, I've slacked with the card, I started v well, but tgoughtbi was burning to many of the cals I was consuming.... Also, I foooooooking hate cardio... Bores me.... Think I'm not gonna allow myself to go gym unless I hit the treadmill at home first, I'm guessing you recommend HIIT for card ye? If so, for hour long? Think hour is to much, maybe 30 min HIIT and 30 walk/jog/run?

hour minimum bro. 30 hiit, 30 jog/run. If you walk then extend the time.

I can't do the macros anytime soon as I'm at work but my stats ate 5 foot 7 and a v v important half, 25 years young and haven't been on sacks for few weeks but I was 84kg

2500-3000 cals should be good. Plenty of veggies, and maybe add some fruits in there too.

Man, u gonna kill me, but hey, if it gets my lower abs like ur pic il do it.... My chest/shoulders are like urs, top abs not far off but I'm carrying it all on the bottom, I lost ALOT of weight a few years ago and think I've over scretched the skin, it doesn't hang of flap lol but if pulled it's quite stretchy... Urghhhh lol... It's worse in my head, nobody else says it's even noticeable.... Am I right in thinking that if my bf% gets to 10 and below this is when the real skin tightening starts? Also, i was told a low dose of HGH cud possibly help this?
Last question :-p card for 1 hour, is that a day??
