Straight forward Chicken Recipes for Freezing

Ok guys, I am in the process of sorting out the diet for the final time in my life, i realised that there is no point doing quick diets or similar shit, got to change my eating habits.

I need some straight forward chicken recipes

my meal is going to be about 300 ish calories

150gs of chicken, rest of the calories in brown rice so probably about 30 grams of cooked brown rice.

What i normally do is put some herbs and olive oil then cook it after about half an hour, but tbh its just getting boring. Please give me any ideas I will be making about 2 weeks worth of food to freeze tommrow

    any help would be appreciated

150g of Chicken + 30g of brown rice + Olive oil already sounds like more than 300 calories mate. You'd be better off posting your whole diet including macros & meal times instead of asking a general question.

Also yes spices, lemon, and garlic made a world of difference. Also BBQ'ing chicken tastes better imo compared to cooking it in the oven.

Man, I make up a crap load of soup and freeze it and every night I come home from work I take one out and put it in for the next day, I make it with water/veggie, low sodium broth, and chicken or beef, notsure of your diet, but I also put sweet potato in and beans
