I'd lower protein and fats, raise carbs quite a bit. I'd also ditch the weight gainer in favor of real food, or at least sub it out for a protein shake you can make yourself - add oats, etc. to make it your own 'weight gainer'.

Have you checked your calculations? Are the weights quoted cooked or uncooked? 100 g brown rice uncooked is going to give you well over 60g carbs.

6 eggs is nlikely to give you 51g of protein unless they are xl eggs and they will have much more than 7g of fat. I assume you've missed a 5 from in front of the 7?

The macro's based on your chicken breast would mean that it would contain less than 350 cals not 420. Have you also checked that the protein content is correct?

Not enough variety in choice of foods and definitely not enough in the way of fresh veg.

And yes, fats and pro too high and carbs too low. Try working out a 40/40/20 split or even 45/40/15 Carb/Pro/Fat.
