167pounds.

I had been bulking for a while and got to about 81kgs
about 180pounds i think... Then starting trimming because I hated looking at
the water/fat around the muscle.

I'm a Personal trainer from Melbourne (not a nutritionist) I find it SO easy to find peoples goals just not my own... anymore that is.
I feel like I've hit a wall..
So I've been referred to come here and get the best advice out in terms of what I can and cant be doing with eating + cardio.

My diet seems to be close to the following:
1/2cup oats w/ skim milk
Chicken/turkey/red meat.
Cottage cheese
WPI protein shakes x2 a day.
(w/ water after a workout - skim milk during other times)
Carrots/broccoli (sometimes beans)
and
Bcaa's throughout the day.
yogurt among the mix also. (low fat/fat free)

Workout: ( USUALLY, rest varies due to studies and work )
day1 Chest.
day2 25min Cardio - Back.
day3 Shoulders.
day4 25min Cardio - arms.
day5 legs.

I'm due for help I think!
