Diet Critique. Give me all the suggestions you can.

    Stats: 174pds, 5'7, 12-14% bf (around 14 now)
I'm trying to bulk, eating as much as I can..
My daily routine goes something like this..

Breakfest: Two cups of oatmeal, or 6-8 whole eggs. Sometimes I just substitute this with a shake if I have too..

    Midmorning: Protein shake

Lunch:Around 3 or so small chicken breast/steak slices

    Mid afternoon: Shake

Diner: Pasta with some Rague, brown rice or chicken breast or steak
After diner: I'll usually have a pb and j sandwich, suger free, whole wheat bread..

That's about how it looks daily.. I need serious help with portions, their all over the place, I want to get in around 3500 cals a day..Is that too much or not enough? I'm trying to stay sugar free.
I'll also replace a shake with a can of tuna mixed with peas..Taste good too me, and a bit of mayo..
My living situation is kind of, limited if you will..
I don't have a stove, so I use small grill...really hard so make chicken/steak/ or anything else that needs to be cooked, but I do it..I also have to use a rice cooker for pasta and rice. I'm 21 years old, living by myself, going to working full time..Times are tough for me and I can't fit/afford a stove as of right now. Any suggestions on portion control or different foods so my diet isn't so dry would be awesome.. Thanks guys.

To get serious help with portions, could you please post up your macros? this would help a lot for input...thanks and welcome to the diet forum!

Can't give suggestions without info. You've told us next to nothing about your dieting habits. I know Slimmer is nicer and more diplomatic than I... but please... spend some time here and take note of how the diets that get reviewed are posted before posting up something like this.

Looks like you are on a diet, not bulking.

That's what it looks like right? I didn't think I was eating enough.
