    Diet for second cycle.. w/ desk job..

    Hi everyone,

    Any insight on my diet for second cycle coming up? Will be doing 10 week of sust 250 Mon & Thur(500/week). I've been playing with my diet for a several months now and would like to have 2nd opinion.

    8 am(wake): 9 eggs(3yolks-6whites).. With mrs. Dash cheese seasoning
    ** if in rush ill have 2 scoops whey & serving of oats mixed in here**

    11am(meal): -2-3 servings of baby spinich
    - can tuna Or 4-6 oz lean meat
    - 1 serving of shredded cheese
    - 1.5 serving of light Italian dressing

    3pm(meal3): 2 scoopes whey w/water

    6pmpreWO): 2 slices WW bread
    - 1 can tuna
    ** usually 2/3 threw workouts I get hungry here**(75mins weights & 45min CARDIO)
    7pm: GYM 7-9

    9pm: -2 scoops whey & "banana" <- ok here?

    10pm: - 6-8 oz meat either Chicken or 2 jenni-0 turkey burgers
    - 4 servings of broccoli (steamable bag)
    - 1 serving extra virgin olive oil
    ***** usually mix together in pan and sprinkle Mrs. Dash cheddar seasoning && Franks hotsauce <- any concerns here??

    12pm(meal7): 1 scoop Casien Protien w/water
    ** sometimes I'll have eggs here**


    I know I don't have the macros up here, but anything you notice right away?

    Also I end up dieting great Monday -Friday and end up shooting myself in the foot over the weekend with over eating.. Any help with when/how to cheat.. Such as getting a pizza with friends for the game or chicken fingers&fries for dinner with the girl?

    I am 26 years old
    18 - 24% body fat
    6'1" 226 lbs

    My first cycle I listened to my gym buddy who was cycling with me to eat everything.. Eat.. Eat.. And eat some more! Needless to say I went from 215lbs to 245lbs.. Tons of strength but def put on BF as well. I have came down from the height of my cycle at 245lbs and weigh in at 225lbs.

    What BF should I get down to before I start my Next cycle? I am going to do a cutting cycle. Obviously w/ the diet above and 60 min of cardio 4x week.

    So to some it up: - I'd like to get down to 215-220lbs before I start cycle?
    - is that a ok diet for cutting purposes?
    - 60 min cardio 4-5x week too much?
    - BF% for next cycle?

    P.s my last cycle I did the sust 500/week 12 weeks.. I consumed everything Which could explaining the gaining of 30lbs

    Im hoping for better results with my normal diet shown above.. And including 60 min cardio 4-5x week(last cycle I was lucky if I did 60min a week!)
