Not quite "Pre Contest" but Pre Spring Break question

I have been on my strict diet for about a year and a half. I leave for Panama in about 8 days. I am wondering what I should do different to get my body cut tip top for the beach. What should I change with my diet? How many carbs and fats? I am guessing keep protein intake the same. I have a nice cut, and abs are very good... but I'd like to get them looking insane before the beach time!

Don't have my diet completely wrote out but here's approx macros

Carbs-150 (Oats, whole wheat bread or Cheerios) most of the time I have to work with what I have for 3 of my meals because I have to eat on campus.
Protein-200-250 (shakes, chicken, turkey, natty PB)
Fats-40ish (Natural PB, and my post WO shake has 12 grams -Syntha 6-..about the only none EFA in my diet)

Cardio is about 4-5x a week. 3 of which coming out treadmill for 30 minutes (burning 500+ calories)
Other 2 days come from football runs etc
