Okay i have recieved numerous PMs about my transformation inquiring about my diet and workout routines. So here it is...
I currently am at work but tonight i will be loading this thing up with ALOT of info from my fat loss to my muscle gains. So for the time being feel free to let me know of everything you would like to know about me and what i did (so i know what all is needed in a log). i also will post a timeline of pictures of my transformation here shortly....
