BUTTERYGOODNESS Diet and Training Log
Okay i have recieved numerous PMs about my transformation inquiring about my diet and workout routines. So here it is...
I currently am at work but tonight i will be loading this thing up with ALOT of info from my fat loss to my muscle gains. So for the time being feel free to let me know of everything you would like to know about me and what i did (so i know what all is needed in a log). i also will post a timeline of pictures of my transformation here shortly....

Would love to know what you did to take off the FAST pounds and then what you did to get to where you are now.

Ok so this is my precontest diet I used before my first competition that I place third in the teen division and I lost 70 pounds in 11 weeks.
Wake up
ECA stack
1000 mg CLA
500 mg l-carnitine
3500 mg bcaa
2500 mg l-leucine
1000 mg l-Arginine
7.5 g glutamine
Then one hour of cardio on a stepper moderate intensity
Meal 1
10 egg whites
1 scoop of vitargo
1 teaspoon of fish oil
1 serving of activite
Meal 2
8 oz orange roughy (raw measurement)
5 oz sweet potatoe
1 cup broccoli
1000 mg CLA
Digestive enzymes
Workout
Intra workout size on precontest
30 mins of cardio following weight training
Post work out
50 g whey isolate
1 scoop vitargo
One hour after post workout meal 3
Same as meal 2
Prior to meal 4
ECA stack
1000 mg CLA
500 mg carnitine
Meal 4 same as meal 3
Between meal 4 and 5
Bcaa same dose as morning
Arginine ""
Leucine ""
Glutamine ""
Meal 5
8 oz orange roughy
1 cup of broccoli
One hour of cardio
Meal 6

Here is my current mass diet
Meal 1
0.5 c blueberries or one banana
50 g whey isolate or 8 oz lean red meAt ( at least four times a week)
50 g of cream of rice or 50 g of vitargo or karbolyn
5g creatine monohydrate
Activite
5g MCT oil
500 mg cinnamon (cassia bark)
500 mg chromium
In between meal 1 and 2 and 5 and 6
3000 mg bcaa
15 mg zinc
2000 mg Arginine
3G leucine
Meal 2
10 oz lean red meat
1.5 c brown rice or 10 oz sweet potatoe
Salad spinach
5 g Mct oil
Digestive enzymes
Meal 3
10 oz chicken or turkey
1 c brown rice
1c mixed veggies
5g Mct oil
Meal 4
10 oz red meat
1.5c brown rice
5g Mct oil
Digestive enzymes
Meal 5
Like meal 3
Meal 6
10 oz chicken
.5 c brown rice or 8oz sweet potatoe
Meal 7
50 g casein protein or 10 extra large egg whites
During workout
Vpx powershock
5g bcaa
.75 scoop of vitargo
Post workout
50g whey isolate
1 scoop vitargo

Cheat meal

I tell u dude 70lbs in 11 weeks is quite an accomplishment! Thats 6+ lbs per week for almost 3 months.. I noticed u only took 2 eca stacks per day? Any reason u didnt take the standard 3? Reason i ask is cuz im on eca rite now takn 3.. Can be a bit tuff at times ..

I was same as you 405 when taking ECA. Feeling dizzy and pretty shitty all day. Kind of like my Body was there, but mind somewhere else. Not worth it for me! Also took 3 a day
