Where to start? What is ammy athlete ? At 5'10 and 165lbs you are not carrying that much muscle, how much fat are you carrying? it cannot be much. What is P90X ?
Your diet will lose you weight but it will not build or even keep any muscle, there are no good carb sources around your work out which im guessing is between 6-7pm ? you need fuel to power your workouts and fuel afterwards to replenish the muscles and in turn feed them to grow, If i were you i would add carb sources around the workout and build some lean muscle which will lower your bodyfat % iff you just add lean muscle.
sorry just read lower weight class.
Loook into T3 - but you will lose muscle with this, clen is a stimulant but gives you insomnia and high BP, sibutramaine is an effective weight loss and appetite suppressant, Anavar is a steroid but many MMA fighters have used it, but you should add prop but this will help gain weight easily.
Start reading and learning.

agree with fq to be 5'10" and 165 u dont have alot of muscle.. im 5'9" and weigh 185@ 10%bf..
whats ur bf%? how many cals is this? how did u determine how much food to eat?

once uve read all this repost and we can look at ur diet..which needs alot of work.
