id stick with ur original plan and finish 10 weeks..pct... drop bf and re-evaluate... give ur endocrine system time to recover...
no blasting and cruising yet.. gonna fiure ot my maintenance cals and run that a few months to let my body settle into its new composition and then maybe.. but yes im on TRT... have been for almost 6months...

10/4 ill take advise from a guru (you) vs a few other people. i should get a few gains since its already in my system, just not as much if i had been running stronger gear. well tonight ill ge the new gear and start my 1 of 4 pins left and keep yall posted.
"im actually considering my delts as a new inject site also" want to give my glutes more then am 8 day rest before pinning them again. although never done delts so pretty nervous. only done glutes but from what ive read delts even on virgin delts seem to recover faster than any other muscle. is this due to constant movement? also reading the horror stories of people saying that their whole arm and side was sore and felt like a big bruise. just really wanting to try and get a new site cause i dont want to much scare tissue in the glute so i can still pin there. gonna read on it some more today before i pin ton.

not sure about cycle dosage due to the larger volume of test being injected but i currently inject .4cc twice per week into the quad and have no probs.. id also like to note i use a 25g 5/8" needle and my blood work reflects optimal absorption.. i prefer the quad to the glute cuz u can use a smaller needle.. depending on the quantity of each of ur injects u may be able to get away with a similar sized needle .. the 5/8" is nothing to it man.. way better than the 1" i started out with and even moreso than the 1.5" i used in the glute!
delts are also no biggie.. but since ur cycling and prob using a larger quantity of test it may be too small of a muscle to accomodate such large volume without probs which is why guys running cycles and injecting into the delt experience pain.. id suggest looking into the site and method i suggested..

well i finally talked my wife into pinning for me so the range of my glute just got better. i can only reach about a half dollar size spot on my glute so it usually goes around the same area. but now that shes gonna do it for me im just gonna lower the pin from where ive been pinning.
well i might have to agree on the size of the delt i was gonna use 1'' 25ga to do it. but i though my delts were decent size? look on page 1 towards the bottom ie got a delt shot. ive thought about my quads but that makes me even more nervous than the delt thought does cause i physically see the veins in my quad so that measly thought i had on quads went right out the door. lol! even though ive done 2 cycles and already planning my next one i still get a little nervous before ea pin more so adrenalin nervous cause i have to do it myself until now. but quantity yes i might have to agree on thats why i kind of thought doin 125mg eod cause according to site inj info your delt can hold 1-1.5cc at a time i believe? either way though now that i convinced her to do it ill stick to my glute for these last 4 then itll have some time to heal before next cycle. i use the 25ga 1.5'' in the glute also, used 23ga 1'' last cycle and didnt really like that pain. haha maned up on it though

ive injected my quad over 50times now without incident... palm width above knee and palm width below the groin.. center of the thigh from left to right... u have like a 3-4" width area...

true. just freakish thought of first time vein nic runs through the head when i look at my quad. lol might just be vag_itus lol i dont know. i dont have the option to move sites right now cause ive only got 1.5'' needles right now so got to run to the store for more

well yesterday was a no go day for diet or workout. i had to work yesterday and from the moment i got there to the time i laid my head down we were busy. and busy through out the night also so i didnt meet my diet yesterday. also had to have a cheat meal due to not being near my food. anyways got off this morning after a long restless night and decided to sleep before i worked out today. but back on key with my diet today feels better considering that one cheat meal messed my stomach up bad.

well got my calipers in. took pinches this morn on a empty stomach. according to the 9 point test im at 14.58%. my abs being the fattest at 12. everything else was below 10.
405 what was website the 9 point test you liked on? i just went off a video on you tube. not denying my measurements but want to bookmark the site

well started my other vial of test only 2 shots and i dont see it but other people are seeing it. is that already possible considering this is E instead of sust? anyways been a couple days since an update but nothings really changed except i feel a lot stronger in the gym and pumps are lasting longer, workout weight is going up slowly but it is. started adex today just incase, no real reason except starting the E has made my right nipple kind of sensitive but it could be due to when i was bringing a dumbell down it nicked my nip and stung it a bit. other than that and trying to get rid of the couple back acne patches ive had no sides so thats good. anyways theres an update. ill post some pics in another week after i have 2 more pins down.

aiight been a few days. i weighed the other day at 173lbs. havent checked body fat just due to not wanting to overkill on worrying while im in a bulking phase as long as i dont notice my abs depleating again. dont know if its the size or pushing more weight but people at work are suspecting im on gear now. but no biggie half of them are. still on the same workout routine just pushing more weight than ever. sore after every workout. but havent done 1mr in a while but now working out with 225 bench and 80s of dumbell press. that was my goal for this cycle was to be able to workout with those. focused on those for the past 2 weeks so i could meet my goal and i messed up by not working legs for the past 2 weeks but gonna hit them hard fri morn.
on that note i know ive read it somewhere but gonna look into it more but my buddy on trt told me legs need to be worked out in order for my upper body to grow?
will do some pics in a couple days. just ate so foods sitting on the stomach

Well guys sorry for no reply nor being on here in a while but ive had some personal stuff going on here lately. Going through a divorce and moving and i re enrolled into college all at once so being a little down and coming off cycle with that combination of s*** on my plate i have neglected my body and diet. So needless to say through pct and neglect ive lost a good bit but i should be getting my gear for next cycle next week. It will consist of E and deca both 500mg twice a week. Anywho ive gotten back into the gym again and havent lost strength just size so thats a plus. Hopefully next week when im done with pct ill be puttin my weight back on. It usually doesnt take long for me to gain back what i lose. Also ill be back on my diet next week so thatll be a plus. Well thats the update though not a good one but still

Its cool it was my decission. Were both happier this way so... Well im embarrased to say but i went from 168-170 to now 155. I havent measured bf because i hardly have any anymore now but i will asap. Ill finish up pct at the end of next week although i believe my levels are back to norm already ive still got to fade off it. Im not 100% sure that ill wait 16 weeks to get back on though (i know ill get flamed but) pending how blood work looks and how fast i can get back up to 170 ill start then so prob around 8-10 weeks i just cant stand to look at myself right now compared to what i used to look like

have you done any lifting prior to when you decided to start taking some gear? i see very little signs of muscle in some of your pictures?

Yes ive been lifting on and off since i was a sophmore in HS did powerlifting my senior year in the 114 class. Moved found a new gym and lifted since. You might not see any change but you gotta think the first pics u saw was not when i started. I had already done one cycle and started the one i just finished. I started when i was 132 give or take a few lbs so i see a massive change in pics from when i started to now. Im not asking for advice or anything on gear so dont know why im getting these comments i was just simply getting back up with 405 because hes helped tremendously. Im open to help but please dont tell me theres no change or wether i couldve gained it naturally. I plan my cycles carefully and gonna do them so...

dont worry about this guy huke hes the same asshole that told me i had poor ab genetics.. he's 2 for 2 on asshole comments and at this point my suspicion is confirmed..
have u got any current pics? i just wanna make sure u get rid of the fat u had in ur other pics before cycling again.. itll be better to do it now (if u havent dun it already) and itll give u more time between cycles... u dont want to start a bulking cycle with bf% above 12.. personally i wouldnt want to do it unless i was 10%...

Aiight long time no post. Updates im finally back on track diet and workout wise since the divorce. Went through nasty s*** after last cycle. But no worries im back and bout to start this yrs first cycle. Gonna consist of 500mg test E and 250mg of deca with adex .25mg eod and norm pct. starting monday and ill keep this log going
