Pre and during cycle log
Went out to dinner last night to get my last un healthy meal out of my system so today can be a new beginning for my cycle. Will be starting in a few weeks and plan on really making this first cycle count!
Stats:
Age-26
Weight-206
Bf%-13%
I will be shooting for around 4500-5000 calories!
Shooting for around 450 grams protein, 450 grams of carbs and 100 grams of fat.
Today is the first day so let so how it goes!

at 206 @13%bf i get ur tdee @3300cals...
1200-1700cal surplus will prob make u fat but good luck!

Alright thanks man, I'll take that into consideration.
Today I am out of town so all my meals are packed and ready to go!
Meal 1
10 egg whites, 2 sausage links, baked potato
Meal 2
Canned chicken, brown rice
Meal 3
Whey protein shake
Meal 4
Steak, sweet potatoes
Meal 5
Steak, caesar salad
Meal 6
Casein protein shake
Then I have a few snacks while on the job, some cinnamon protein bread that I made!
Didn't have time to Get all my macros figured out yet, I'll post them with tomorrows meal plan

When I start my cycle of test should I still run calories around 3800? Or should I up it with more protein and carbs?
