im a fan of UD and HST style training

currently doing a push pull hst style routine with linear progression up to my previous maxes over 6 weeks.

1.)Now that im carb cycling/fasting and eating at a -800-900 deficit in theory and realistically can i still make linear progression each week working towards my goal and then trying to push past it followed by a solid 2 weeks of negatives.

2.) as i lose weight, water and strength. will my rep maxes stall falling as well? im finding this weeks works out very draining, hard and im so 20 minutes after i leave teh gym, not the doms that kicks in 48 hours. and its the first week of teh reset. should i just reset everything again by 20% to be safe? or is it the bad luck of 15 reps and traing some what depleted?

any info would be so helpful so i dont hurt myself!
