Need help on my cutting diet plan!
Hey guys, Im planning my diet plan for my 10 week cutting cycle. I need all your inputs on it! Let me know what i can do to make it better. I will be using Test prop and Tren ace with it. Ill be doing high intensity lifting 6 days a week along with this, also 3 days of long distance cardio and 3 days of interval cardio.
Age: 26
Weight: 190
Height: 6'00"
Bf: Around 18-20%
5:30: Wake up and do morning cardio on an empty stomach.
6:15:
6 Egg whites; 150c, 30p
1/2 cup oatmeal; 150c, 5p, 27c
1 tbsp Peanut Butter; 95c, 3.5p, 6c
Meal 2 9:15:
Low carb tortillas (2); 80c, 3p, 3c (each)
Chicken Breast; 200c, 30p
Meal 3 12:00:
Chicken Breast with Veggies; 220c, 32p, 3c
low carb protein shake; 150c, 30p, 1c
Meal 4 2:30:
Chicken Breast; 200c, 30p
1/2 cup brown rice; 110c, 4p, 45c
Workout
Meal 5 4:30: (Post workout):
Optimum Nutrition Hydro Whey; 140c, 30p, 2c
1/2 cup oatmeal; 150c, 5p, 27c
Meal 6 6:30: Chicken Breast with veggies; 220c, 32p, 3c
Meal 7 8:00: Can of Tuna; 240c, 52p
or
Casein Protein Shake; 120c, 24p, 3c
1 tbsp Peanut Butter; 95c, 3.5p, 6c
Puts me at about:
1,950 calories
110 grams of carbs

From looking at this, it looks real good. Can't say I would change a thing.

I would start at 300-500 deficit from daily calories
Your carbs seem a little low tbh (but play with it)
On your aas
Your running an ai and have a planned pct. (Just checking)

What are your goals?
Why don't you cut naturally and then utilise the gear for a lean bulk?
As your diet stands I'd up your protein a bit, 1900 cals is likely to be a massive deficit if you are doing that much cardio. I'd add another 50g and go from there.

Im trying to stay the same weight give or take a couple of pounds, but lose the body fat. Trying to get down to 12-14% body fat by December.
And ive been cutting for a while now off gear and it hasnt been working too well, so I am going to try it with gear.
Yeah ill be sure to add some more calories and protien into it. And the fats are at about 40-50g

dude u should be able to get to 12% natty without much difficulty.
ur above diet looks pretty good food choice wise. a few things i would change.
u say u have been cutting for awhile. how long is awhile? what has ur diet lookd like up to this point? how much cardio have u been doing?
