    rate this tuna meal

    let's hear some feedback about this tuna meal.





    * 150g can of tuna + mayo & mixed herbs
    * half of plate of mixed vegetable salad
    * 250ml of water




    * 250ml water
    * 2scoop ON Whey protein
    * about a cup of oats
    * handful of blueberrries
    * half large apple
    * 2 small oranges
    * some cinnamon (fixes the taste)
