I'm going to make this short and sweet and if you have any questions throw um at me!

Starting today I will be running a Keto type diet for 2 weeks cutting a few lbs before my "assitance arrives" This will be about 2 weeks then I will most likely bump my cals to maintenance or a small surplus to run while I'm on.

Cardio will be AM fasted and small PWO as well. Going to try and hit 2 a days hard to prepare me for my cycle.

Weights will be kept at low-moderate weight at high reps. Once I'm on I will increase to heavy 8-10 rep range.
