My cutting diet
Stats
Height - 5'10 and a half(i think)
Weight - 180
Goal - Lose 22 LBS fat 16 weeks
DIET :
1: 10 egg whites/ 3/4 cup old fashioned oats
2: 8oz chicken/ 3/4 cup rice
3: 8oz steak or lean ground beef (93-96% lean or top round steak or flank steak)/ 2 cups green beans
4: 50g protein shake in water (whey concentrate) / 1 banana
5: 8oz chicken/ 2 cups broccoli/ 1/2 oz almonds
6: 8 egg whites/ 2 yolks
Appx calories = 2200
Other supplements : Creatine,Animal flex for joints,Opti-men and TEST E 400 mg/Week
Workout : Volume Training and 35 min cardio after weights
Please comment.I am here to learn

Please provide all macro nutrients for all meals and total daily macros, and please be exact, not approx.
Based on height, weight and age (24) that approx 2200 cal may be a bit high and by properly tweaking your diet, you can definitely loose that 22lbs of fat on 10 to 12 weeks.
Pots up the diet with all info and you'll get all the right answers

yeah i would first post detailed macro amounts. diet looks okay though.

my new diet : looked up some healthy recipies on youtube:.
MEAL 1 :
Carbs - 33g
Protein - 42g
Fat - 3g
HIT THE GYM
MEAL 2 :
Carbs - 15g carbs
Protein -36g protein
Fat - 4g
GO TO SCHOOL
Meal 3 -
Carbs - 15g carbs
Protein -36g protein
Fat - 4g
MEAL 4 : Protein Shake+10 almonds - 50g + 2.6g = 52.6g (concentrate+isolate+hydro+casein blend)
Carbs - appx 10g carbs
Fats - 12g fats
(10 almonds)
MEAL 5:
Protein - 48g
Carbs+ fats = Mixed streamed vegetables
Meal 6 -
Protein - 50g
Fats - 12g
carbs -2-3 g
So roughly:
Carbs : 100g
Protein - 260g
Fats - 35 g
total calories : 1440 + 315 = appx 1755 cal
how is my new diet ??
