I buy huge pre-made sugar free ice-tea jugs and find them a great way to have a quick thirsty fix! Especially the green teas which taste real good sugar free. They seem to have a tasty taste.

LoL ok, thanks... I'm sure I will eventually cut it out completely (hopefully) but just cnt stop cold turkey... I've tried n just cnt seem too... :-/

i completely understand, the only reason why i say cut it out completely is because you could be drinking water instead, which is just better for ur joints and overall health, but diet soda wont kill you
