    Chewy, Rubbery Cod

I pulled some Cod out of the deep freeze, oven baked in a vindaloo sauce. It came out supper rubbery and kind of grainy. It was super soft and flakey before it was frozen (I caught it myself). Anybody have an idea of what's happened? It isn't bad now is it?

I only kept them because they've cut back the bag limit on Hali so much. I did ok with Chinooks and a little better with the Coho, but didn't get any Pinks or Sockeye, so I kept whatever I could. I even have a couple of Canary fish lol. Besides, they're Ling, not Rock.

Nice I love long myself, normally go for chinook or hali. Bagged my first 50+ last summer, biggest filets I've ever seen haha
