College athlete in need of advice
5'9" 160 freshman in college playing basketball for my school. need to put on around 20lbs. looking for some nutrition and supplement advice to help me gain weight faster. having trouble keeping the weight on with all the running we do. currently taking Whey protein with Muscle Pharm's creatine and post workout. any advice will help. thanks

lol alright.. so no taco bell and mcdonalds?? i just did my tdee and it said around 3000

I dont think your tedee is 3000. You may want to double check that. Chicken breast, tuna, and beef are all pretty cheap. So are sweet potatoes, brown rice, oatmeal, eggs, brocolli, green beans, romaine lettus. Mostly east off the out side isles at grocery store. Even whole chickens are affordable.
