    Hey, so im going to do a 4-6 week clen /keto cycle before I start my next cycle which is going to be tren /test. My tdee is about 3400cals. With this cut I don't want to lose muscle or size so just wondering what I should cut my Cali down to and should I keep a 40/40/20 macro. I'm prob about 12-14%bf right now at 220lbs. As of right now i don't do cardio other thn walking to class about 1.5 miles a day, but I'm going to start 15-20 mins of cardio next week. Thanks in advance

    Did you read the cutting 101 sticky

    Your tdee is closer to 2800 cals

    15-20 mins if cardio isn't really worth doing. Up it unless it is proper HIIT!

    If I use the tdee on the sticky I'm 3129. Bmr is 1788 x 1.75, and the 15-20mins of cardio will be everyday and hiit, 2min light jog warm up, 3 min jog, 2 min sprint, 3 min jog, 2 min sprint 3 min jog , 2 min sprint 3 min jog/ cool down

    Use the tdee I have you and aim for a 50/30/20 - 60/20/20 split.

    Sprinting for 2 minutes is interval training. True HIIT means your exertion period should be 10-15 seconds and you should need to stop and rest before your next intetval'

    So I should aim for 2800 cals or are you saying aim for 2300-2500

    That being enlargement of the ventricles? Used at appropriate dosages like 20 a day up to 120 should be safe for 4-6, just like the dangers of using a aas if using the appropriate dose the risk is lower?

    Plus tachycardia, increased blood pressure, hyperthyroidism plus others. I don't think there are any studies of side effects in humans so these are what occurs to animals. Human side effects could be worse or not as bad!

    It will likely reduce your cardio capacity too.

    Do you have some taurine to supplement with? Allow for 2-3G per day.

    I'll be doing some early spring, just want you to be aware of the potential risks.

    Are there any supplements out there that aid in strictly cardiovascular strength? Increased blood flow, oxygen uptake from lungs to red blood cells, increase in red blood cell production, lung health? I am not sure i have ever heard of one.
