Haven't been on for a while, slacked off on logging on here... I'm back and I've been logging my calories and workouts using apps on my phone.
I have started on my cutting for vacation. Dropping from 4-5000 calories a day to 2000 the bf just melts right off! I been losing about a pound a day so far. Was at 198 my highest ever and I'm down to 189 now and my goal is 185 by May, at this rate I think I'm going to have to increase my calories to 3000 soon.
Only cardio I have done is run 2 miles every few days and walk on treadmill every couple days at 3.5mph with 11° incline and heart rate in the 160 area for 10 min.
Starting to see definition in my abs like I been wanting and lifting just as good for the most part... some days I feel weaker but I think it's just in my head.
