    My fitness pal, macro question

When looking at my total fat intake for the day. It breaks the fats down individually.

    Poly
    Mono
    Trans
    Saturated

Which of these are the the better sources of fats. I'm adding new foods into the diet and watching the changes. I know saturated isn't good. But curious in others.

    Thanks

Well just had two meals today. And my fats are already at 30gs. So was just trying to get the break down of the fats.

Most came from 2 extra large eggs and 1/2 avocado. So it's good fats, but always want to be more knowledgeable so I know how to adjust where needed.

You don't want trans fats, they are the worst. Hydrogenated oils also.
