    carb cycling, hows this look?

High carb days 2850 cal - 1 day a week (legs)
    300 g of protein 50g per meal = 1200cal
    300g of carbs 50g per meal = 1200 cal
    50g of fat 8g-ish per meal = 450

Low carb days 2250cal – 2 days a week (chest, Back)
    300g of protein 50g per meal =1200
    150g of carbs 25g per meal = 600
    50g of fat 8g-ish per meal = 450

No carb day 1650cal – 4 days a week (off days, arms, delts)
    300g of protein 50g per meal = 1200
Under 30g of carbs = less than 120
    50g of fat 8g-ish per meal = 450

Fats- coconut oil, natural peanut butter, olive oil
Carbs- whole wheat pasta, Bran cereal, Brown rice, apples, oranges, green vegies
protein- tuna, chicken, turkey, beef, egg whites

eat every 3 hours, workout is always mid day.

    anything I am missing?

I would take an omega 3,6,9 supplement to make sure you're getting all your efa's. You carbs choices suck except for the brown rice. Acceptable carb choice are Oats, Brown Rice, Sweet Potatoes/Yams. There's more, but stick with that and you'll be good. Other than that it looks fine. I personally run my carb cycle in a High/Mod/Mod/Mod/Low/Low/Low format. I like to have my high carb day on a rest day, then mod carb days for chest, legs, and back. Then I run low for shoulders/arms. Are your high/mod/low carbs days in order or are you jumping around?

I take fish oil every day so there is the omega 3. I can add oats to my whey, and I like sweet potatos so thats an easy switch.

I was hoping someone would chime in on the order, that is where I was most confused. I can do any format I just wasnt sure what was recommended.

Also, in case it wasnt made obvious, I will be cutting while cycling. Im 6'1" 230lbs and high teens bf%. looking to carb cycle to around 10% and then re evaluate from there.

    Thank you for your help!

    OP,

I'm not saying my way is the best by any means. I actually modeled my carb cycle off of GBrice(he's one of the diet guru's around here). I can't remember if mine is identical to his or just modeled, but it looks like this.

Sunday - High Carb - Rest Day
Monday - Mod Carb - Chest - Cardio
    Tuesday- Mod Carb - Legs
Wednes - Mod Carb - Back - Cardio
Thurs - Low Carb - Cardio
    Friday - Low Carb - Shoulders/Arms - Cardio
Saturday - Low Carb - Cardio

Like I said, I don't know if his is identical to mine, but I do know for sure he went in this progression - High/Mod/Mod/Mod/Low/Low/Low. He had a reason why he thought this to be important and I can't remember why, I just took his word for it and modeled mine after that. It works very well for me. It got me below 10%. I have a log around here somewhere that shows my diet/workout and progression. You might check it out when you get time.
