I do. Saves time. I put everything in air tight containers so grab and go. Salads I pack every nite for lunch next day.

I go through periods when I do, and then others when I don't. I get tired of spending an entire day cooking, so I'll switch to daily meals (the freshness is nice too), but when that gets old I revert back.

I cook two portions when I make my evening meal, then I will have the spare portion for my dinner at work the next day, usely some meat with rice or something like along those lines. Take it in a plastic container, bang it in the microwave when im ready to eat it

It's a small mexican resteraunt that does catering, the catering part makes it very easy for them to do for me.. it's always moist and seasoned or non seasoned anyway I like it.. the'll do beef too for me at $7.99 per pound.. cooked and low fat for sure.

Cooking in bulk is the only way to go, it makes staying on track 10x easier

Spy- I'm jealous. That's a hell of an arrangement

I grill bi-weekly. Chicken starts to taste different after 4 days.
