Got on the scale this morning and ouch! 181.0 pounds. Going to start running/biking today rain or shine. Will choose which form of cardio based on the temps. Looks like 60+ for the next four days so will most likely hit the bike. Depends on the wind. Figure I need to burn ~35000 calories over the next 6-8 weeks which shouldn't be to hard to do as long as I get moving again. And no more junk food... lol. I've had enough.

Got on the bike today for 9.4 miles @ 13.6 mph. It's a start... lol.

Put 7.5 miles on the bike this morning. Think I'll pick up my experiment of two cardio sessions per day but each one of less duration. Hoping it will ramp up my metabolism more than one longer session. That and Austinites fat loss protocol should do the trick in short order.

Hello to all my old Steroid .com friends! Still waking up on the right side of the dirt so it's not all bad. Worked my way up to 191 pounds and ~19% bf. Through diet alone I've cut down to 181 and ~16% but now is the time to start working out again. Never did get my shoulder operated on. Doc's said the partial tear was a 50/50 proposition as to whether or not surgery was in order. Opted for no surgery and now have about the same range of motion as before the tear. I guess bench press (with bar) is out and dumbbells are in. I've been biking sporadically the last few weeks. Did 6.3 miles today @ 15.1 mph. Not like in Vegas but I now have a full time job and my hours are all over the place. Humidity here sucks the big one too! This makes time and energy hard to come by at times. Oh, still have the forearm problem too. I think that one is here to stay. Funny thing is no one can really diagnose what the issue is.
Like Stain'd said, "It's been awhile!" but I will try to stay with it this time but probably not as intense as before...

Thanks guys!
It's my forearms and I really don't know. Tendinitis, tendinosis, tendon... something I think. Painful to curl (bar or dumbbell). Doc's can't figure it out. I've had multiple tests and therapies including acupuncture. Nothing seems to work. Very frustrating.
And get back on that bike. Now!
