critique my diet, I need suggestions to bulk up
hey guys, first im gonna start with my stats. 24 yrs old, 5'10, 187 lbs, 12% bf... i train 5 days a week, training each body part once a week. my goal is to bulk,gain the most amount of muscle with less fat. i just changed my diet last week but before i continue with it i just wanna hear some suggestions... plz let me know what you guys think, and if i should add or remove something from my diet. thank you guys
7:00 am
-8 oz 96% ground beef
-2 scoops of whey protein (48 grams of protein)
-banana
9:15 am
-cup of oatmeal
-peanut butter
-6 eggs (2 whole)
11:30 am
-4 oz of fish
-2 slices of wheat bread
1:00 pm
-8 oz chicken breast
-brown rice
3:00 pm
-6 oz chicken breast
-2 slices of wheat bread
04:00 pm
pre workout shake
4:30 - 5:30 training
5:45 pm
-post workout shake
7:00 pm
-8 oz 99% ground turkey
-2 cups of broccoli
-brown rice
9:00 pm
-1/2 culp of cottage cheese
-spoon of peanut butter
9:30 pm
-casein protein

Calories and macro's?
Looks like too much protein.
