big shop today about 4kgs of chicken 2kg lean mince few packs of pasta and had my chest waxed its really not as bad as you think lol

arms tonight got a great pump and a water bottle and curtain thrown at me pwo gold standard whey bcaa's and skim milk...tastes awful milk was warm!

I'm back! Thought I'd stay here and not hijack another thread. 2014 was the worst 12 months of my life so far. Lost alot of weight alot of motivation and got myself into a pretty deep emotional hole. Things have turned around now and I really feel like I can do what ever i want to do.
Aside from the poor poor diet (toast and coffee) yes that's all I ate for weeks on end and no training I did seem to stay at a flat 58kgs down from the 69kg no neck freak midget.
It's winter here in aus so bulk bulk and bulk is the plan.
TIME TO GAIN SOME MASS!

Had one of those sessions today where you think you're really pushing it but minutes after you feel like you did nothing.
Trained chest/back
Still can't comprehend how much strength iv lost over the last 18 months or so it puts me into a mental state of failure just don't feel like I'll make any progress at this rate its going right back to basics and I'm annoyed I know I have done better.

Soooore! Woke up to hit my alarm and pain right across my chest guess I did do something right yesterday, 60kgs this morning slowly gaining
I have been thinking about muscle memory now is it more that your muscles can handle extra weight or they have the ability to get back to their former glory easier/faster (of course with training and diet I don't expect to do some curls and get back to where I was) if someone has a better understanding can I get your input

Did some research over breakfast, understand it better now, who has experienced it? How long did it take before you noticed gains? From what I have read it can happen within a few weeks.

So its turned into a dirty bulk upped cals to minimum 3000 a day, laying off the caffeine also to try and slow the metabolism down. Havent noticed much fat getting stored
