    GB's Supplement Regimen (for anyone who gives a sh!t !!)

    Just because...

    AM/Preworkout
    500mg Vitamin C
    (1) Vitamin B-100
    (2) Green Source Multivitamin/Mineral
    50mg DHEA
    50mg Pregnenolone
    500mg Maca Root
    300mg Stinging Nettle
    200mg Long Jack (Tongkat Ali)
    (1) Digestive Complex
    1mg Acidophilus
    2g Fish Oil
    200mcg Chromium Polynicotinate
    3g L-Citrulline
    1g L-Arginine

    With Each Meal
    2g Fish Oil
    200mcg Chromium Polynicotinate
    (1) Digestive Complex
    1mg Adicophilus

    Before Bed
    (2) Green Source Multivitamin/Mineral
    6000iu Vitamin D3
    1mg Acidophilus
    2g Fish oil
    200mcg Chromium Polynicotinate
    (1) Digestive Complex
    500mg Vitamin C
    (1) Vitamin B-100

    It's really not that much. I'm only eating 4 meals/day, so 2g @ each meal plus bedtime - 10g/day.

    i recently dropped all my supps except fish oil and melatonin.. figd id let my body do what its supposed to for awhile, save money, and what not..

    i actually feel good! i think maybe i was getting too much dhea or preg or something cuz i was having tired issues..

    Have not researched this question so forgive me for asking. But have seen quite a few people taking dhea. What is this for.

    nice list btw...taking just about the same minus dhea and one or two others.

    DHEA is a hormonal precursor to testosterone among other hormones. For people using exogenous testosterone, it's not a bad idea to 'backfill' the hormonal pathways with both pregnenolone (a precursor to DHEA, and considered the "mother of all hormones") and DHEA.

    Acidophilus sounds very interesting. I've never really researched it thoroughly, but I've been looking since you posted. Good germs! I'll further my research but certainly something I'd consider.

    I think a good probiotic should be a part of any supplement regimen personally. Promotes healthy stomach flora, aids in digestion, etc. just gotta make sure to get a good one
