I see. No not really. 1 day on 1 day off carbs is what I'm doing.
Well, yesterday I took my dose just before bed and I woke up just fine. So I think I slept through the sides. I'll keep doing that. I thought it was Raloxifene at one point, but it's definitely keto.~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~

Nice! I figure that is 1300 calories, 163 grams of protien, 67 grams of fat, carbs ? dependent on how it cooked.
I think I will give that a go. Throw in some veggies and rice and your good for the day!!
And to answer your original question. I have my GF cook. Mine never comes out right.

Calories in a chicken drumstick
There are:
•112 calories in 1 average size drumstick including the skin
•76 calories in 1 average size drumstick without the skin.
I like mine without the skin.

^^True^^ I eat mostly home grown chicken. If I eat the chicken from the store it tastes off to me. I going to have to buy drumsticks to hit the 16 in a day target!!
